When I was a kid I wanted to be C.J. Parker. You know, Pamela Anderson’s character in Baywatch. I was twelve years old and the only reason I can think of is because she got to spend all day on the beach, and she got to hang around with Hobie, who I had a bit of a crush on.
I also wanted to be Jet from Gladiators because she was a beast on those hanging rings!

Food. We all have different relationships with it. Some relationships need a little help, some need a lot, and some, well they need to split up and start all over again. This may seem a bit drastic but fortunately, once you have done it, the rebuilding process can be pretty, well…yummy.

You absolutely need to have confidence in your decisions and actions to be successful. You need to believe in what you are doing as it is with that belief, that you overcome the inevitable hurdles.
I have absolutely no confidence in what I am doing most of the time. I often think “I’m shit at this” and stop. This is why none of my business ideas have come to fruition. I was scared of going to the gym and getting fit. At the very beginning I wasn’t even scared of all the “Wolves” in the gym. I was initially scared of flying off the back of the treadmill or all the weights crashing to the floor around me. I was scared of tripping up on the way in or falling off an exercise bike with my foot still caught in the straps.
